Ticker Communications Inc (Tickercom), a digital media technology company, featuring advance LED signage is pleased to announce the listing of its shares on the OTC regulated service. Tickercom is believed to be the first producer of wireless, digital-media LED signs with content feeds to be listed on an American Stock Exchange board (see: "TKCM-OTC"). Tickercom is located in Victoria, British Columbia with U.S. headquarters based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

With an initial price of $1.25 per offering share, Ticker Communications has received applications and indications of interest moving the price today to $1.45 per share.
