- Tickercom’s wireless technology works similar to cellular technology. Your receiver must have a “line-of-sight” to the signal.
- Ensure your receiver is not near sources of electrical interference, especially neon lights.
- Please contact us if you require a longer cable.
- I have a solid light on my receiver, but I am still not receiving up-dates.
- Check the cable and connections between the sign and receiver.
- Reset your sign following these instructions. Wait 3-4 hours.
